SEEDS shall be entitled to receive (the “SEEDS Fee”) depending the package selected:
Package 1
Services to be Rendered by SEEDS
Event registration, communication with registrants and administration.
Event announcement its platform and social media accounts.
Pre-event marketing on instagram only
Accounting and payment collection from Attendees
Attendee survey feedback
PSP (Profit Sharing Percentage)
20% : SEEDS
80% : VENDOR (SERVICE PROVIDER)
Note: The Service Provider shall be responsible for the venue cost separately.
Package 2
Location of Event ( Cost to be shared between SEEDS and Service provider)
Food & beverages( Cost to be shared between SEEDS and Service provider or can be sponsored)
Pre-event video coverage for marketing
plan and design marketing materials to be displayed regularly until the start of the event date on all social media channels
Event registration, communication with registrants and administration.
Event announcement its platform and social media accounts.
Accounting and payment collection from Attendees
Attendee survey feedback
Complementary certificate of attendance signed by the Service Provider & SEEDS Platform Co.

40% : SEEDS
60% : VENDOR (SERVICE PROVIDER)
